Dr Jerry, Vit A is an "oil" vitamin, which tends to be stored in the body (liver) so you can run into overdose and that has bad side effects?
That's what I recall reading of oil vitamins.
D is also an oil vitamin, I think, but it tends to be eliminated and even not entirely or much absorbed due to the molecule size (biggest) or something like that, so I take it anyway, especially since I didn't observe any side effects.
This according to my limited knowledge.
As for Vit A, I tend to eat raw carrots as snacks. It helps me "not eat" almost all day.
I munch few baby carrots each hour or so, then I supplement with few small sips of milk (500ml all day) from a bottle , so to neutralize any acids or discomfort or irritation in the stomach (since it's rather empty) - it works, I can not eat days if I want to, but surely one long day until I come home, and no irritation whatsoever. I guess milk acts as a "band-aid" for stomach for babies since they don't eat much solid food. So I tried it and totally works. This is my extremely low calories diet to slim. I use also other veggies, but carrot is really nice.
One problem, when I get home there is a quite strong temptation to EAT and EAT, but it's easily overcome - the body just gets so used to it (to not indulge).
Once a week or so I break a bit the pattern and I eat "bird seeds" ha, like sunflower or nuts.
Amazingly, in spite of this scarce diet the body has plenty of energy , and I'm talking even physical like carrying heavy stuff (up to 10 min spurs, otherwise if I work hard longer the body will kick in a tantrum of low energy and hunger). I can carry heavy stuff for about 10 min then do other things less physical for an hour, then again 10 min charged for heavy stuff.
I assume people can adjust this stuff accordingly.
I'm lactose "intolerant" , but in such small sips of milk and so far apart the effect is nothing or almost nothing.
Oh, and the heart beats nicer with this "no eating" eating for some reason, you can jump flights of stairs and the system cooperates nicely, but you eat even a small sandwich and you feel every effort.
I also observed something like a nice "glow" on the skin/face, I suppose from the carrots - so noticeable that people noticed and asked me why I look "so nice" (I smiled but didn't say it was from carrots LOL).
Thank you for your kind input
