!00% agree. Dow Jones—publisher of the WSJ—likes to hype the DJIA, which is a totally dumb index.

The same article you cited states that the S&P 500 is "far from a new bull market." In fact, the S&P 500 is +17.5% during the past three days. And there's nothing special about 20% anyhow—it's just a round number.
