JT goes out of his way to be way to conservative to it being detrimental to the shareholders....his conservatism contradicts the idea of settling...makes no sense...also he goes out of his way to say things at the wrong time...ie 2020 full year guidance the same day of FDA approval....should have waited for 4th q conference call if at all..no legal requirement to give guidance...especially with all the balls up in the air..and the icing on the cake hinting at gia in Europe....he is certainly not alligned with shareholder value as he claims
