In my limited experience with govt agencies there are usually processing fee’s paid to the agency you are dealing with . Amarin could probably provide proof of payment for such processing if shareholders demanded it

JT would not state in a CC that they had submitted for DTC approval .... unless it was true . He would face legal action if he deliberately misled shareholders
