I posted my impressions of him after listening to the SHM meeting presentation.

I do think this resignation was a mutual decision for various reasons on both sides. I would be dissapointed if he is not still involved as a consultant because it would be a shame and a waste to lose him totally. Though I was wrong about who the eventual "implementer" would be. Notice the budget was cut....
