It's no different than hijacking a empty shell ticker. They're not an upstanding corporation. They're slime-balls.

They lost almost every single one of those attacks and came back with appeals. They're gambling they will agitate the pimple on those elephants ass enough to just blow them off with a few bucks. A lot of few bucks, but 9 billion less than they want. That's what I'm saying is a scammy way to make your money, sue somebody for a billion, knowing it's frivolous just to make 100K on a buy off.

Somehow get control of some obscure patent, do nothing with it at all and try to peddle it or sue is a troll. Same as lawyers who made up a thousand different website names and protected them so they can sell them almost as a strongarm manner. They stopped the web name trolling by adding things you have to do to keep it and other blocks to trolling names. The patents organization should put a stop to this crap as well.
