I will not read those claims...you have to read the claims listed on the USPTO site. You can not state .."generally relates to" and suggest such as a claim. The "numbered claims" for Patent No. 8,542,815 total 111...ha! Like I said...lacking. What they spit out in condensed form via a filing means squat.

I don't agree with their approach..but if they attempted to license such//or sell such...before being prudent(acquisition)...it is on them. It's apparent that they can not license/sell such...currently.
