I believe they are required to disclose when they receive a decision from Nasdaq. So, my assumption is they have not received a final determination. My guess is they have been answering DD questions over the last few weeks. I would expect we hear something definitive soon. If the news is good, I’d rather it happen on January 2, as holiday volume will be light in the coming days. We are almost through tax selling season which is great as well.
