Talk of the Nasdaq on this board. Does anybody know when they submitted to be up listed to the Nasdaq. When was it filed? And did they meet the qualifiers. I am aware of the CC with the statement -
“We are delighted he has chosen to join our leadership team, particularly as we set out to achieve a NASDAQ listing. A dual listing will give us access to a broader investment pool and increase liquidity”
But I haven’t followed up on where we are on this time frame wise. Any help would be appreciated. Tia
