I posted this a few months ago looking at it from a different angle. Everyone seems to forget the international potential of this drug. Assuming a "healthy" label expansion, would these valuations from a BP, based on future sales, be conservative or crazy:

US..........................................................$20 billion
Europe (lower prices but 1.6x US pop.) $16 billion
South America........................................$ 5 billion
Rest of world (incl. Australia, NZ, India).$ 6 billion
Licensing revenue(China, Canada, etc) $ 3 billion
Total........................................................$50 billion
