one account I use is Etrade. May I ask how long ago you did this? It seems impossible given the volume these days.

I'm sorry - I don't understand what you mean here - not seeing how that relates to what I was saying:

Some firms will consider those new orders and new commissions, but now with free trades, I guess that is out the window.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
