"without prejudice" allowing resubmission.

But that shows how "off the ball" GTEM's lawyers are. "Procedures" are a "must be followed" routine that any practicing attorney "familiar" with a particular court should be aware of. If these turkeys aren't familiar with that court system then GTEM should toss them out the door.
