I would agree if the rainforest website made reference to QEDN. However, there is nothing on the website to inform a consumer they are dealing with QEDN. For that reason, a fictitious name is required so that a consumer can look up the fictitious name and learn they are dealing with QEDN.

A snickers candy bar references Mars on the bar and that way the consumer knows snickers is a brand of Mars.

The snickers website also references Mars so the consumer knows who they are doing business with.
