I think it's Rainforest, not Rainbow. Maybe she was just reading a bedtime story to her youngest before she made that video and it got stuck in her head.

As to registration, I'm of the opinion that it's just a product and might have a trademark assigned to it, but not a company that requires registration somewhere.
