Zalemark Holding Co Inc (ZMRK)

I had correspondence with the Vancouver BC contact this morning and was told a reiteration of his words early this month. I would refer to this post I made concerning Xu below.
There will never be any filings nor will there be a deal made here. Xu has never completed a merger that we are aware of and it will not start with zmrk. He has an extensive history of splashing a big show with low level personalities creating merge hype but never follows through.

Anyone buying here is asking to lose their money. This will be a sub penny stock by mid fall.

I did some digging into ZMRK. While the private company of Aero Pon is a legitimate enterprise, I would be very very hesitant in owning shares in the Pub Co of ZMRK. That is an extremely shady outfit headed by someone I know well. From my due diligence and inquiry, I see no real opportunity with ZMRK due to a litany of issues, most of which involves the filings of the Pub Co and past history of the management team.
