The very legitimate company (by your own admission), Aeroponleaf, seems to disagree. They show that they have every intention of merging with ZMRK. See the bottom of the page of Aeroponleaf's website:

The groundbreaking location in Bancroft for a CBD adult destination facility has yet to even have one shovel full of dirt lifted from the earth by the AeroPonLeaf company. There has been no construction of the facility. No rezone. Nothing new being built. The town folk and Mayor are becoming very disgruntled by this factoid and are considering taking action. This is why no progress reports have been posted on social media and why AeroPonLeaf was not mentioned in the most recent shareholder update.

How and why do I know this? My Vancouver contact knows a person located in the area and did some checking for me. That is what was found. I believe a poster said last week that he was driving to the Bancroft area for a sightseeing trip of the proposed facility. If he did indeed go, if he would be so kind as to update he will report the same I am certain. There are better more reputable CBD stocks out there to buy. This sadly is not one of them.
