I know many of you will be angry with this post and I don't blame you, but I received a message today from an inquiry I made late last week. I followed that up with a phone call.

-Email. This is from a VERY connected confidant located in Vancouver BC. He has been involved in many legitimate OTC takeovers and mergers as he works for one of the bigger lending firms up there.

We have not corresponded in quite some time. How is your mother doing?

I did some digging into ZMRK. While the private company of Aero Pon is a legitimate enterprise, I would be very very hesitant in owning shares in the Pub Co of ZMRK. That is an extremely shady outfit headed by someone I know well. From my due diligence and inquiry, I see no real opportunity with ZMRK due to a litany of issues, most of which involves the filings of the Pub Co and past history of the management team.

I had a chance to give him a call just now. Here is what I was told.

Xu from ZRMK is basically a con artist and is acquired the shell, and its debt, for very cheap. He is now selling those shares from the debt at a 1000-2000% markup. This is why the stock continually sells off despite heavier buying.

There is concrete evidence that once Aero pon truly learns of the true intentions of Zale management that this deal will never be consummated. In his opinion.

The filings of Zale are a mess and it would take an accounting team of 10 people working full time to try and get things fit and proper. He does not see any way it can be done, or why it would be done.

He mentioned there was a similar deal that the XU team tried to do 8 years ago and the entire thing fell apart after a large percentage run up similar to this stock. This involved a hotel and beer brewery. Lots of people were buried in the stock.

Apparently there is a connection to *AGI which also has a China connection with someone who has been suspended from trading many times.

His last words were, "sell anything you have if you have a position. This is not something that will work out".

I say this as a CBD lover and connisuoer and someone who was looking at taking a position in this stock.

I am no longer. I have no ill intentions. IMO if you have shares? I would try to exit.
