Contrary to belief, but state rules require proxies to be sent out via USPS 20 days prior. The SEC has nothing to do with this. Look up NRS 78-300s. But I would file a 14 just to CYA. Ya still gotta send out via USPS in a timely manner unless it is a Written Consent.
