I was thinking the exact same thing, could be that Daniel is working on the 'NEWCO' that was in previous sec filings, could be that Erai and Matt had a year to get pen out and the pen could be ready now, could be Erai and Matt left because of a buyout and new company will bring on their management, time will tell all. Been watching Daniel for over 2 years, him saying he can't be ceo(or even acting CEO) because of outside obligations makes absolutely NO sense. Yaz willing to give up 2 billion shares and his company of 7 years - this is his baby, not gonna happen - does not pass the smell test. Something big is coming and I truly hope all posters are here when it does. Not a worry at all for me, next week could get very exciting.
