He doesn't have 2 billion shares, the only reason its being brought up during this time period is to encourage belief....and Sicilian's know that when opinions are being pushed, the truthful information is actually quite the opposite. Now we know for sure he doesn't have 2 billion.
folks have said the pen would ship by Sept 18, otherwise why would MYDX post it on their website?! And no pen, was quite the opposite.

So in conclusion, R/S will be back on the table, DY does not have 5 billion shares, he may not have much at all, pen not coming soon, no buyout/acquisition, case dismissed.
