Perhaps, most overlooked, is the fact that Apple, while having complete rights to the tradedress, has never exercised that right, which goes to prove that the value of the Liquidmetal tradedress is ZERO.

It has totally been watered down by the many other players in BMG and its value has totally been WAY overestimated by Professor Li.

Liquidmetal is a millstone around the neck of a 9 cent penny stock which has ZERO credibility recently here alone, but now, around the world.

If anything, the Liquidmetal TM is a warning to all potential consumers of BMG's, to stay away from those who bandy this name tradedress about.

Ask all the previous product manufacturers who bore the trade dress of Liquidmetal TM on their products. Start with the golf clubbers on down through the medical device and sporting equipment manufacturers whose LM products have come and gone
