Please pardon the ten day notice. That is an average IMHO....

Given the filing states July 8th and the average time afterwhich is 20 days is it your opinion that the R/S of 25000 to one is still valid ? and we shouldl ignore the date now Aug 5th and ignore the CEO's response when asked for an update on the R/S ?
