And, as you know, Roger has screwed over current shareholders for failing to file the required financials on time.

He also screwed over shareholders by not producing audited FYE18 audited financials in a timely manner - AS THAT IS COMPLETELY USELESS INFORMATION SINCE FY19 JUST ENDED 6/30/19.

CEO is accountable. CEO is to blame. Noone else.
