I use the ThinkorSwim platform.

TDA has treated me well. I lobbied to lower my Margin rate...they obliged. I lobbied to lower my options rate...they obliged.

One time I had a question about some options I wanted to exercise...while on the phone with them, they said they would do it commission free.

I've actually had really good luck with them.

They'er supposed to be rolling out a new web-based platform this summer. Will be interesting to see what that's like.
