I think he has no vested interested in whats happening with
the Litigation Trust Units as it has nothing to do with him.

He must be speaking from past experiences of Ch.11 where
shareholders received anything but he isn't aware that Mercuria
already stipulated as part of the RSA with Judge Wiles that
common holders would receive distributions as soon as all other
parties above it are addressed.

So now we know ORIX is addressed.
I saw that American Express filed a docket yesterday meaning
their matters must be addressed as well.

It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that the LTU's will be
the last order of business but I think what we can gauge from these
actions is that the process is systematically moving along.

As soon as those priorities are addressed, the LTU's will be
taken care of. Mercuria has already sufficiently allocated for this
which also addresses their ownership of the common equity that
they owned so we let it play out.
