makinezmoney I did call Arthur and talked to him. He said that Mercuria paid off Orix claim because it now owns Aegean Marine. On a side note he did not believe that distribution holders would receive any money. He most likely is not familiar with the distribution side. He was only working on Orix debt claim that is paid off now. What to you think about his opinion on shareholder distributions??
