90/10 split to BIEL. And yet he wanted more.
He lost the business over 10%.

These retailers have thousands of people knocking on their doors. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get a product in a major retailer without marketing spend. He doesn't understand how lucky he WAS to be in there. KN understood the score...but his opinion didn't matter to the kingpin.
