Tell me that the split is something you made up. That is/was a gut punch. I bought a knee Actipatch with the new elastic sleeve and it works fantastically well; comfortable and the 'patch' fits exactly inside. Nice package, good price.
Having said all that, pending the terms of the contract, I wonder if BIEL could not have gotten out of the deal, re-aligned with the new sleeve provider and kept the CVS deal intact? Would CVS walk away from BIEL knowing how well it sells and the potential market? Should the FDA come thru, a big 'if', could CVS afford to have BIEL on someone else's shelf? Not likely.
I have no reason to doubt you. Knowing the %% split hurts. I love my Actipatch and would be worse without it but what the hell is going on ... ? Won't be selling anytime soon and will probably add some b/c I BIELieve that, in the end, we will win and enjoy a mighty reward.
But the wait, the not knowing, the angst ... I could do without. The hope is cooler heads prevail.
