So far you think you have me because I have a “settlement agreement” right? Well obviously I am NOT going to tell you what I have to show why this settlement agreement is null and void!! I won’t tell you why or how many Firms have rejected depositing a penny stock, UN-restricting if it, which is how the settlement came about and not as a settlement, that I worked for “x” number of shares, that I am owed preferred shares, that I am owed much more, that I have emails, texts, and documents that will completely negate the “settlement”. That he commingled personal loan with loan to LIBE in the settlement which in itself will VOID THE DAMN THING!! And it’s in the filings The settlement includes the loans to Brian personally that HE WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY ME I CASH AND SAYS IT ON THE WIRE ITSELF, yet I found out through the filings he filed he INCLUDED IT in the settlement, instead of it being separate as my consulting shares itself should and INTEREST were not included..I HAVE SHOWN THESE WIRES which correlate with the filings...UH OH!!
