You settled. Forced or otherwise, and since I can’t see anywhere that it states a gun was to anyone’s head to accept preferred shares, I again regret to say the law is black and white here.

To the “promised to go to a $1.00”. Well that there makes the believe ignorant. NO ONE and I repeat NO ONE can guarantee the price of a public companies stock and anyone that listens to a guarantee is being ignorant to the reality that stocks have no guarantees in price movement.

Only guesses and assumptions.

Fact is this was settled in yours and Brian’s words. You simply aren’t happy with how what you accepted (forced or otherwise) turned out as it’s worthless in anyone’s hands but someone like PowerUp who can convert it to the open market.

FYI even Carebourne has issues converting under .50
