A lot can be achieved by sensible diet and lifestyle. It would be good if more doctors and pharma companies were far more active promoting that.

Bredesen has a Protocol to sell you and figure on all sorts of dubious websites. He talks a lot and says very little concrete, except it is complex intimating he has the secret.

Any peer reviewed publications on his Protocol are scarce.
