I'm a little skeptical as well (no surprise there). However, many aspects of his Thereapeutic System are healthy, reasonable and backed by science. Some of his recommendations are even mentioned by posters here. We all should eat better and exercise more.

I would be less skeptical if the denominator was disclosed and if there was a control arm. A half dozen or so sites could easily have treated >3000 patients over the recent years. I presume patients were part of their paid clientele so there could also be some desire to demonstrate improvement. However, the fact that many were PET positive and/or had low MRI hippocampal volumes makes their paper more intriguing. I've mentioned when discussing the A273 small 2a that having some patients improve is not unexpected and could be due to depression, fatigue or just having a bad day during the baseline test. If one is skeptical about this paper, a similar view of the 2a is logical.
