Primary is still PFS for the DCVax trial. Control is shot because they couldn't determine progression vs pseudoprogression. Therefore everyone in the control arm who also had pseudoprogression got erroneously crossed over. The blows the whole point of control. And the shady ass company can keep hyping "90% of patients have received DCVax" not because it's making people live longer, but because they screwed up the control arm of the trial.

No one screwed anything up. The treatment perhaps turned out to be poorly suited for the original metrics. But you keep trying to simplify it into this ignorant type of statement. A "well controlled trial" is one that keeps to the plan of how the patients are treated, the treatment manufactured, and how the data is collected. It has nothing to do with the endpoints. The endpoint of mPFS is useless if you allow the trial to go on long enough, or are forced to. This isn't a "screw up", it's a fortunate turn of events if in the end the OS shows there was no correlation with PFS, a marker to use to project OS.

You, and all who push the false narrative that a trial will fail because you're held to the original endpoints, are doing so pretending to know more than you do.
