I know damn well what a P1 trial is for.

Do you know what a primary endpoint is for? Do you know what an adequate well controlled trial is?

Primary is still PFS for the DCVax trial. Control is shot because they couldn't determine progression vs pseudoprogression. Therefore everyone in the control arm who also had pseudoprogression got erroneously crossed over. The blows the whole point of control. And the shady ass company can keep hyping "90% of patients have received DCVax" not because it's making people live longer, but because they screwed up the control arm of the trial.
