Here's my concern:

Say GETH receives150M$ in funding the only way GETH can secure the funding is by offering shares in exchange as guarantee. Even if restricted shares that could mean a substantial increase in share structure by the company to secure the loan. My concern is how will shareholders react to a substantial increase in share structure following financing PR release if happens? Yes long term the company will make money but short term they need to built plants & start doing buisness to generate income. That could take some time till they become profitable. Till that happens what happens to us present shareholders? Will we have to live through dilution till the company becomes profitable? Future shareholders I can see them benefiting but us? What's your say?? Do you think it's a buy on rumor sell on news type of stock?? Thanks $GETH
