No reason to believe this is an either/or situation. They could both be successful or both fail. I'd say Aphria has more resources and a better chance at success, but PNTV could also benefit from their coattails. Anything they do to help lay the groundwork legislatively or thru build out of infrastructure will benefit PNTV's efforts. They also lend credibility to what PNTV is doing.
