So Jujuy is basically making money from anyone willing to come and lease their land. The next step is who has the funding and the logistics to make it happen. Aphria one of Canada’s biggest MJ growers whose funded and with successful grows spread across different countries or PNTV who are flat broke and actually in massive debt, not reporting and have little ole’ Mark trying to do this who has failed at every step of growing or building a grow operation so far. My bets on Aphria doing this and PNTV just hyping another Blue Dream!
