Take a look at the chart below. As a technical swing trader, I believe share price factors "all fundamentals" and past share price movement can formulate a trend to predict future share price movements (If share price movement is too fast, once technical indicators catch up).
In my opinion, RUN #2 initial rebound from $.01 to $.024 (140%, 175% cumulative swing trading) factored the RAS patent issued on 12/25/18. The continued rebound from $.015 we are currently seeing, I believe, is based on application of RAS patent in terms of future licensing and display of healthy harvest to prospective entities (Ross Perot family, global aquaculture companies, etc.).
Depending on developments SHMP is currently working on, RUN #2 may surpass and could make RUN #1 look like a small pimple on the chart.
