Then again, if SHMP will be gobbled up by the much larger MHG in Norway as part of a reverse merger, maybe there is a good reason to do it that way rather than to just call it a buyout. I'm not an expert in the legalities or rationales for such choices. I would be interested to see how the two companies would agree to value SHMP as part of such a reverse merger or reverse takeover. Remember, the news blurb speculated on the reverse merger from SHMP's perspective, so that might suggest they will be gobbled up by MHG. Then again, maybe it's all just bunk, just hype and spin. And maybe this speculative blurb only has it partly right too. Who knows. I just note the timing, and these indirect connections, and it makes me wonder. GLTA.
