Affinity for a receptor is not the same as activation strength of that receptor.

There are many factors interacting in this complex chemical/biological system.

If that were not the case the causes of AD would be well known by now.

What we are discussing is one detail in a complex system. Mostly because it is one of the few things that we know about to discuss.

This is not a complete black box, but much of what is happening with AD and 2-73 is opaque.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
