I was thinking of the claims that Donepezil has greater affinity tho the S1R receptors. I generally leave the technical discussion to those who are more capable than I. I can follow along on the essentials but my neurological issues get in the way of a deep dive.

Didn't we just hear how progesterone can block the S1R and cause problems?
