The A2-73 murine PET occupancy scans show differently.

When I get time I will dig out a recent PhD thesis I came across regarding occupancy PET tracers that indicates that Donepezil has a similar dose dependent 50% S1R occupancy rate as A2-73.

Binding affinity does not tell the whole story. The question becomes how the context of these two very different molecules interacts with biological functions.
