Thank you for your PACER update.
In the earlier PACER, even USPTO notified the Appeal Court that lacks of
jurisdiction to hear this case. Arris spends all the money to delay the
process. And also the SCOTUS said that all the profit from infringement
sales must be included INTERNATIONAL sale also. So longer Arris drags on
this case, the more damage will added on to the settlement. I do think the end game is here pretty soon.
