Wonder who their auditor is.



PwC. However, these deals were done just weeks after PwC issued their Auditor's Report included in the 40-F Registration filing with the SEC. Which means PwC didn't review them at all. By the time PwC does review it, the money will be gone.

It will be interesting to see what PwC does now.
