You referring to my oft-given advice for most investors to stick with NYSE issues? I usually follow that with my observation that major stock scams only occur about once or twice a year on the Big Board (at least in these post-Sarbannes days). The NYSE is home to about 2,500 issuers.

Wonder who their auditor is.
