Financing first at these fire sale prices would be a breach of fiduciary duty to ALL shareholders because the share price would rocket on REAL, Gamechanging news and NWBO would be a better risk.

Only lack of gamechanging news in the foreseeable future would justify financing now.

Most of the news NWBO has had to offer lately has been underwhelming and not even what was promised, with the infamous article which was more than a day late and a dollar short being a good recent example.

Buying on speculation and selling on news is also not a factor here, as it would have been when times were better because of the general malaise amongst shareholders and the dearth of institutional participation.
