That means that means that V Stock Transfer is required to submit the current share structure for each of its clients on regular basis to be posted on the OTC markets page
V Stock Transfer updated the share structure for all of its clients on October 1, 2018
Last time it was updated for ANDI was June - over 4 months ago. Obviously ANDI is intentionally hiding information from its shareholders. And it can be nothing good or else there would be no reason to hide the information.
So pathetic and just plain dirty the way ANDI scammed investors out of money with bogus statements and lies while running a pump & dump/insider enrichment scheme. And just plain insulting the way ANDI continues to treat its shareholders like crap.
I sort of wonder if a complaint to OTC markets could get V Stock Transfer booted from the OTC Transfer Agent share verification program for not updating the information for ANDI as is required by the program.
The rule states that the transfer agent has to update the information for "its clients" on a regular basis. It doesn't say "some" or "most" of its clients. It is implied that it is supposed to be all of its clients.
The Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program provides reliable share data to investors of OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities by allowing participating transfer agents to submit verified shares outstanding information on a regular basis for their clients directly to OTC Markets Group.
I am going to send in a complaint to OTC Markets about V Stock Transfer. That contradicts the point of the program if they aren't updating the share structure for all of their clients allowing their dirty clients to get away with hiding the share structure from their investors.
