I plan to get the book. Thanks. "Thinking Fast, Slow" by Daniel Kahneman was very insightful. It was popular on Wall Street when it was published. I suggested it a couple times or so here, but I don't think anyone read it. A couple posters insistently badgered us delusional fools with dark warnings about our confirmation bias which garnered maybe 2-3 paragraphs in the book. I recall that's why I mentioned Kahneman's work because there's more to the human propensity to make bad choices. In any event, just because you have a confirmation bias doesn't mean it won't be confirmed. My confirmation bias was confirmed and I'm happy about that. I surmise that Baker Brothers are familiar with Kahneman's research.
