It boggles my mind, why ppl keep questioning if shareholders are safe or not. PWC themselves said, this transaction is in the BEST interest of ALL stakeholders (creditors, secured or unsecured AND shareholders as the owners of BIOA).

They've shown that Assets > Debts. They also said that the transaction is fair, with regards to market value.

I don't care if shares are alive or not, transferred, or swapped or bought. All I care about is I get paid. Period.

$0.50, 0.90, $1, $2 or even $3. As long as I get my investment back and more, I am happy.
