Remember that cell selection through closed system and MULTIPLICATION after selection both contribute to safety. The multiplication process reduces need for extra leuk procedures. I don't know if this was allowed because the screening process did take out patients that could not provide enough precursor material but that may have only been from earlier in the trial. NWBO does have this ability though and they also know that certain cell type characteristics are critical to successful treatment. They have news! Best wishes.

Hi All,
I know we're overdue for an update! Sunday is a true warrior princess as she heads into her fourth week of chemo and radiation. Sunday has been eating raw except some meat for protein, drinking beef broth, eating wonderful seaweeds, going to acupuncture and... She's feeling great and looking amazing! She's even finding ways to enjoy and make the most of living in downtown Vancouver! She still has some struggles with fear and anxiety which is so understandable...funny stories etc. are very welcome! PM her with light, funny and happy news ??
Sunday and Jason did get some disappointing news which is that the second attempt of the Leukapheresis (Extraction of the white blood cells.) did not work. These cells are needed to produce her vaccine and if it doesn't work the first time, it always works the second time. The doctors are puzzled as to why it didn't work and Sunday is the first case where this has happened. Sunday did however, just get word that it is worth doing a 3rd attempt, so our warrior princess is heading south, yet again, to show those white blood cells whose boss!!! The lovely Donna Dennis, her mamma, will be accompanying Sunday to LA. Sunday's Leukapheresis appointment is Thursday so let's put our minds together with positive thought, prayer, light, and anything you've got to make this attempt be a success! Hi Everyone! Great news to share... The third attempt of the Leukapheresis worked!!!!!!WAHOO! This means that Sunday is officially in the clinical trial!!!
